GRANCO Closes Branch Lobbies due too COVID-19 Outbreak
Because of the current situation with the COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided to take this step to provide a safe environment for our members, employees and the community at large, while still allowing you continued service and access to your accounts.
At this time, we will be offering service at our drive-up windows during our regular business hours, and we encourage you to access our ATMs and online resources at any time. This situation could increase incoming calls requiring some employees to be dedicated solely to answering those calls, and other employees helping where they can.
GRANCO also offers loan payment deferment for up to 3 months for those experiencing job disruptions or other financial challenges during this time.
Should the need arise to make any changes to our normal schedule, that information will be posted on our website and Facebook.

For members who do need to use our drive-up windows or ATM’s at one of our branch locations, please follow the Centers for Disease Control recommendations to help prevent the spread of this and other illnesses.
