For our members who need help, we offer loan extensions for those experiencing job disruptions or other financial challenges during this time, and other options for accessing your accounts.
As you know, the lobbies of both our Ephrata and Moses Lake branches were closed temporarily starting, Wednesday, March 18th. Should this change, or the need arise to make any changes to our normal schedule, that information will be posted on our website and Facebook.
At both branches, we are offering service at our drive-up windows during our regular business hours, and we still encourage you to access our ATMs and online resources at any time. This situation could increase incoming calls requiring some employees to be dedicated solely to answering those calls, and other employees helping where they can.
At this time, we feel it is vital that more of our members set up Online Banking, use the GRANCO app, and acquire debit cards allowing access to many of your banking needs.

For members who do need to use our drive-up windows or ATM’s at one of our branch locations, please follow the Centers for Disease Control recommendations to help prevent the spread of this and other illnesses.
